This is a fun workshop.
Use images, papers and paints to create your own work of art!
All supplies, canvas and tools included.
I will guide you along, make suggestions where needed and discuss techniques.

Make a painting using acrylic paints, a brayer (rubber roller), your fingers, palette knife, paper, string, rags, isopropyl alcohol, water, canvas and your imagination.
Ideal for the non-painter and the person who doesn’t draw.
Pure, primal art making.

Focus is on texture, design balance and colour. Work is all intuitive! Class lessons include hand transfer MONOTYPE and gel medium UNDERPAINTING.

Encaustic, meaning painting with bees wax, is a wonderful art form dating way back. This technique replicates the richness of the wax look using today's modern acrylic mediums.

Learn to combine pastes and gels to create a textured surface and then apply real metallic and interference paints freely and through stencils to achieve a reflective and textured work of art.
